LMKI Exec 2nd to Resign Within a Month

Another executive has departed from LMKI, an Irvine provider of high-speed Internet services.

John W. Diehl Jr. has resigned as chief financial officer and director effective immediately, the company said Tuesday.

Less than a month ago, William J. Kettle resigned as chairman and chief executive, and his wife, A. Maria Kettle, resigned as vice president.

Barry Hall, who took over as chairman of the board, heads a committee that will oversee the company’s CFO duties until a replacement is found, LMKI said.
