Sales, Net Income Up at Barbeques Galore

Barbeques Galore Ltd. in Irvine said net income for the second fiscal quarter rose 79% to $1.6 million, or 33 cents a share, from $880,000, or 19 cents a share, reported for the corresponding quarter of last year. Sales for the quarter ended July 31 increased 11% to a record $46 million.
