Tickets.com Names Chief Finance Officer
Eric P. Bauer has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Tickets.com Inc. in Costa Mesa. Bauer was most recently vice president of strategy and business development and vice president of finance and planning at Choice Hotels International in Maryland. Before joining Choice, Bauer was director of field finance for Taco Bell.
* Johanne Siemons has joined Thomas P. Cox Architects Inc. in Irvine as business development manager. She previously held a project coordination position with Legacy Partners Residential Development division in Irvine. In addition, Jai Kim was named senior designer. Before joining the company, Kim held positions with SGPA Architecture and Planning, the Hill Partnership Inc. and Richard Brooks & Associates.
* Gregory Magda has been appointed executive vice president of sales for Webzter Corp. in Irvine. Before joining Webzter, Magda was president and chief executive of Pacific Engineering in Anaheim.
* Lynn Evans has been named vice president of the T&O; Group, an Irvine advertising, interactive and public relations agency. Evans, who has been with the company for nine years, had been associate creative director.
* Susan B. Parks has been named senior vice president of Gateway Business in Lake Forest. Before joining Gateway, Parks was a senior vice president at Qwest, which recently merged with US West. She also held leadership positions at Mead Corp. and Avery-Dennison.
* Summer Emmons has joined Brower, Miller and Cole, a Newport Beach public relations and strategic marketing firm, as production manager. She was formerly a supervisor at Paychex, a payroll and benefits company.
* Linda Denton is the new vice president and director of human resources at the Y&R; Cos. in Irvine. She was previously president of the Denton Group, director of worldwide human resources and administrative services for Colorbus Inc., and director of international human resources for Gucci Timepieces.
* Al De Grassi has been appointed senior vice president and regional manager of the Newport Beach branch of Harbor National Bank. He was formerly with First Security Bank. In addition, Roberta Facchina was named vice president and manager of the Dana Point office. She had been with Southern California Bank and Bank of Newport.
* Hilton Hayes has joined Carrier Johnson in Irvine, an architecture and design firm, as a senior project manager. He was formerly with AC Martin Partners Inc. in Los Angeles.
* Bruce N. Heathcote has been elected to the board of directors and named senior vice president of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. He is based in the Irvine Spectrum office.
* Peter Lo has been appointed director of management information systems for Safeco Select Insurance Services in Santa Ana. He was previously chief information officer for Vista Paint Corp. in Fullerton.
* Robert Scanlon has joined TheJobsite.com in Laguna Hills as vice president of sales. He had been national director for the home-building industry at Buzzsaw.com.
* Jim Kushon has joined American International, a relocation company, as account manager in the West Coast regional office in Huntington Beach. He was formerly with Intersource Inc., where he specialized in global logistics for three years.
* Gabriella Garza has been named senior account executive for Mendoza, Dillon & Asociados Inc. in Newport Beach. Garza, who joined the agency in 1995, had been account executive.
