LAGUNA NIGUEL
The City Council last week approved a contract for $23,000 to purchase two new radar trailers, which display the speed of oncoming drivers. The new equipment will replace two older trailers.
The city also will purchase two motorcycles for $22,000, one a replacement and the other for an additional motor officer.
