MTA Talks: More Riders
Am I missing something here? We have a huge, multibillion-dollar problem from traffic congestion. Yet has anybody heard anything in the MTA talks about increasing ridership? MTA management and the unions should be required to frame all their discussions in this context: How will the demands and concessions that we put on the table increase ridership?
