GARDEN GROVE
A Bolsa Grande High School senior, Vivian Ngo, will serve this school year as the student representative on the Garden Grove Unified School District Board of Education.
Ngo, 17, will represent the district’s 48,900 students in a nonvoting capacity. Ngo plans to attend either Rice University or UC Riverside to study medicine and music.
