NetZero, KIIS-FM Form Partnership
NetZero Inc. in Westlake Village, which provides free Internet access to subscribers who are willing to share information with various advertisers, said it has formed a partnership with KIIS-FM in Los Angeles.
The agreement with the music radio station, which has 2.5 million listeners weekly, will offer an array of custom branding and co-marketing opportunities for both companies.
The partnership will include promotions through KIIS’ morning show featuring Rick Dees, the creation of custom-branded free Internet access and a home page for KIIS and Dees listeners, and a variety of event sponsorships and promotional opportunities.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Internet access provided by NetZero will be available to download from sites showcasing the station and its personalities, including KIISFM.com, Rick.com and Ellenk.com. KIIS will distribute co-branded CDs at concerts, promotions and events throughout the coming year.
Details on specific promotions will be announced at a later date.
