The city will host Summit 2000, an event geared to get Brea High School students to come together with their peers, members of the City Council and the school board to discuss community and education issues.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 1 at the Brea Community Center, 695 E. Madison Way, Brea. Information: (714) 990-7151.
