ANAHEIM
The City Council on Tuesday approved a $200,000 loan for the rehabilitation of a house in historic Anaheim on Rose Street.
The loan will be paid back by developer James J. Granger when he sells the house. Granger will also pay $30,000 for the city-owned land. The house is about 1,900 square feet. Its renovation will follow guidelines for historic buildings laid out by the city’s staff. Renovation is expected to begin in early 2001.
