City officials have awarded a contract for landscaping improvements of the Imperial Highway sound walls and the downtown channel park project to E & M Contractors. The project will involve the landscaping of the Mercury Lane bridge and access road. The architectural firm of Calvin Abe & Associates provided the design and technical specifications for the landscaping. The project will cost the city $175,000.
