Brox, Stavert New VPs at IPNet Solutions

Nicholas Brox has been appointed senior vice president, worldwide sales for IPNet Solutions Inc. in Newport Beach, and Craig Stavert was appointed vice president, North American sales. Brox joined the company from Angara E-Commerce Services, where he was vice president of sales. Brox has also been senior vice president of sales and marketing at Peregrine Systems, executive vice president of sales and operations at New Dimension Software, and senior vice president of sales and a member of the board of directors at Insession. Stavert was formerly director of North American sales at Network Catalyst. He has also held sales management positions at ParcPlace-Digitalk, Peregrine Systems, and On-Line Software International.

Robert Farmer has been named vice president of sales for North America at Webzter Corp. in Irvine. He had been director of business development at Pacific Engineering.

Edward Palladino has been appointed senior associate at HRP LanDesign in Santa Ana, a landscape architecture, planning and urban design firm. His responsibilities include management of the six-person irrigation department. Palladino joined the firm in 1994. In addition, Brian Hogan, senior project manager, was promoted to associate.

Daniel M. Harkins has been named to the newly created position of senior vice president and general counsel of National Capital Cos. Inc., an Irvine financial services company. Harkins had been chief financial officer and general counsel for James Mitchell & Co. in San Diego. He was also a partner in Harkins & Michelman, an Irvine law firm.

Michael T. Gottlieb, senior vice president of George Smith Partners Inc., has opened an Orange County office in Costa Mesa. Gottlieb was formerly managing partner of the Los Angeles office of the real estate financing and consulting services firm.
