City officials renewed a contract with Orange County in cooperation with La Habra to continue the joint operation of the Business Service Center here.
The center was created in 1998 to provide employment and human-resources services to more than 300 companies. The contract will provide as much as $65,000 from the county for Brea, depending on expenses.
The funds will be used for the salary and compensation of Brea’s job developer and for the purchase of equipment, supplies and services to operate the center.
