Firefighters moved out of an Orange County Fire Authority building in San Juan Capistrano this week so the facility can be made more earthquake-proof. The work costs $80,000 to $100,000 per building, authority spokesman Capt. Paul Hunter said. Fire call response times have not been affected by the moves, he said.
