Agoura 45, Rio Mesa 7--Brad Altman rushed for 129 yards in 13 carries, including touchdown runs of 42 and five yards in the first quarter, for the Chargers (2-1) at Rio Mesa.

Steven Tagai caught three passes for 104 yards, including touchdown receptions of 49 and 37 yards, from Chris Denove.

Denove completed seven of 17 passes for 141 yards and scored on a one-yard run.

John Cerda had 123 yards in 27 carries for led Rio Mesa (0-3). He scored the Spartans’ touchdown on a 36-yard run in the second quarter.

Agoura held quarterbacks Lionel Carrizales and Mark Varrubias to a combined three completions for 38 yards in 25 passes.
