Condo Association Settles Defects Lawsuit
Owners in the 205-unit Westpark Corte Bella condominium complex in Irvine settled a construction defect lawsuit Thursday for $3.5 million, the condominium association’s lawyer said.
Thomas E. Miller said in a press release that the units built by Westpark Corte Bella Associates had water damage from roof, window and sliding glass door leaks, as well as gas, plumbing and electrical defects.
