ANAHEIM
The City Council on Tuesday approved funds for the design of a new clubhouse at the Anaheim Hills Golf Course.
The project was approved despite opposition from some community members and Councilman Tom Tait, who insisted the money would be better spent on new parks. A complete revamping of the clubhouse will cost roughly $6 million. Those supporting the project say the current one is an embarrassment.
