SAN CLEMENTE
The Soul in the Bowl Festival begins today and continues through Sunday with professional surfing competitions, live music and a skateboarding event.
The festival at the San Clemente Pier will feature off-site parking and shuttle service every 30 minutes from San Clemente High School, 700 Avenida Pico.
