Driver Killed, 3 Others Hurt in Crash
The driver of a sport utility vehicle was killed and three people injured Monday in a four-vehicle accident in Santa Clarita, sheriff’s deputies said.
The accident occurred about 8:30 p.m. on Soledad Canyon Road east of Bouquet Canyon Road, said Sgt. Don Thompson of the Los Angeles County sheriff’s Santa Clarita Station.
One of the injured was taken to Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, where he was in critical condition, a nursing supervisor said. Paramedics treated two people at scene.
The identities of the victims were not released.
