Steve Kleinberg Named Senior VP of WEA

* Steve Kleinberg has been named senior vice president of WEA Corp., the Warner Music Group’s manufacturing and distribution arm. He most recently served as senior vice president for marketing at Warner’s Elektra record label, home to such acts as Metallica, Old 97’s and Tamia.

* Nostrum Advertising Inc., a Long Beach-based ad agency, has promoted executives and formed a business development unit. Account manager Monique Johnson has been given an additional title of business development director and account manager Wendy O’Donnell has been promoted to production manager.

* Rosemarie Kitchin has been named director of consumer affairs/public relations of the Specialty Equipment Market Assn., the Diamond Bar-based trade group of the specialty automotive industry. Kitchin is the former director of communications for the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Assn.

* William H. Ferguson has been named managing partner of SCA Consulting, a Los Angeles-based business consulting firm. He’s a former senior manager of Marakon Associates.
