Ruling Delayed on Orange Recall Ballot
A Superior Court judge Thursday delayed ruling on whether to remove a pair of advisory measures from a June ballot that will determine if three Orange school board trustees should be recalled.
Judge Francisco Firmat indicated that he would rule today on whether to strike the measures.
Supporters of the recall contend that the measures, which were added to the June 26 ballot by school board members, are little more than an effort to sway voters and undermine the recall effort.
