Regarding your article on eating beef in England and France (‘Restaurants Where the Beef Isn’t,” March 25): I had hoped it would be an informative article on the advisability of eating beef or pork in Europe. But all we got was a rundown on what we already knew from “60 Minutes” and details on restaurants I probably couldn’t afford a glass of water in.
