Voit Commercial Brokerage Names Senior V.P. in Irvine

Ted Crisell has joined Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Irvine office as senior vice president, responsible for retail and mixed-use development and redevelopment projects throughout the U.S. He had headed his own development, brokerage, management and construction companies for more than a decade. Crisell began his career with Coldwell Banker & Co., where he was the lead commercial broker in the San Jose, Portland and Chicago offices.

Ken Kress has been appointed chief operating officer of BDS Marketing in Irvine. He had been senior vice president. Before joining the firm in 1990 as director of human resources, Kress was manager of recruitment/training/process design and corporate communications at Winchell’s Donut Houses.

Eric Fox has been hired as director, sales support, full line sales for Toshiba America Medical Systems in Tustin. Before joining Toshiba, Fox was vice president, domestic sales for I-Flow Corp. in Lake Forest, and spent 18 years with B. Braun McGaw Inc. in Irvine.

Kenneth N. Jameson has been named senior vice president and manager of the Orange office of Bank of Orange County. Before joining the company, he spent 30 years with Bank of America, including his most recent position as senior vice president, credit-risk manager responsible for loan approvals for Orange County, the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley regional offices.

Mark Hardison has oined El Pollo Loco in Irvine as director of retail marketing. He was formerly field marketing manager for Carl’s Jr. Restaurants and marketing manager for McKesson Water Products.

Attorney John Mark Jennings has joined Foothill Ranch-based Marshack Shulman Hodges & Bastian LLP in the bankruptcy and litigation divisions. Jennings had been with Moskowitz & Nixdorf LLP.
