IBM Corp., the largest seller of computers and related services, has upgraded its medium-priced server computers by adding chip enhancements that increase processing speed. The new eServer p620 and p660 use chips with advanced insulation that let the processors run at higher speeds without overheating, an IBM spokesman said. . . . Texas Instruments Inc., the largest maker of semiconductors for cellular phones, said it developed a combination of chips that makes wireless Internet connections faster. The package is faster than similar products and will be sold mostly to businesses to connect desktop PCs, the company said.
