Red Hot Sites and Sighting

I tripped over Aaron Spelling’s star on Hollywood Boulevard last week andlanded right in the arms of Anthony Kiedis. I had a super bad “I’m-not-worthy” moment as my writer-friend Clint Catalyst introduced me to the Hot Chili Pep, who was just leaving Beauty Bar. It ain’t easy meeting the folks who make your heart go ring-a-ding-ding. . . . Speaking of rock stars, did you know Pennywise’s Fletcher Dragge had a Rolling Stone reporter tossed out of the Guns N’ Roses New Year’s Eve show in Vegas? Dragge told security the reporter bit him. If you don’t believe me, just ask me.

My goodness, promoter Brent Bolthouse has a sizzling hot Monday at Joseph’s Cafe in Hollywood. So hot, in fact, I boogied down with Grant Show (mi “Melrose Place” amore), Rachael Leigh Cook and Edward Furlong. . . . Hot diggity dang, if Belly isn’t the booty call bar du jour. The new tapas bar on Santa Monica Boulevard has been packed to the rafters since it opened last month, and I think it has something to do with the fact that its owners (two ex-TV execs) are young, hot and single. Ba-bam. . . . Rehab saved my life last week. The Atlanta-based group, which was in town to shoot a video for its hot new single, “It Don’t Matter,” are like scientists when breaking down the symptoms of panic attacks and how to deal with them au naturel.

I hooked up with Rehab at Cat & Fiddle before tossing them in my car and driving to Ginuwine’s show at Vynyl. Word up: Anyone looking for the next Sammy Davis Jr. need look no further than Ginuwine. Word up: Anyone looking for the next Sublime, need look no further than Rehab. Rock ‘n’ roll, man.
