AIDS Awareness

What a surprise that HIV/AIDS is on the upswing (Aug. 14). It is time to treat this disease as one that needs mandatory testing, reporting and tracking. This would be a tried-and-true public health response for communicable disease control. Wake up, world! This is a deadly communicable disease, not a politically correct disability.
