Rotary Club of Ventura-East will return to Lake Casitas for its third annual fund-raiser Latin Music Festival. The dance group La Salsa Kids will kick off the entertainment with dance lessons, then will return later in the day to perform. The music bill also includes the band Iman and a new singer who calls himself Shy. The family-oriented event will also offer free boat rides, food and craft vendors, a dance contest, children’s activities and raffles.* Latin Music Festival, Lake Casitas, near Ojai, noon to 7 p.m. General, $15; ages 12 and younger, free.
