Nicolette Allen has been appointed senior vice president and general manager of Anyloan Co., a subsidiary of New Century Financial Corp. in Irvine. She was formerly vice president and general manager of the Alliance One division of Option One Mortgage.

Beckman Coulter

Beckman Coulter Inc. in Fullerton appointed Elias Caro to the newly created position of group vice president for clinical diagnostics product development centers and strategic marketing activities. Caro was vice president for Beckman Coulter’s Hematology Development Center.
