Property Tax Deadline Today

Today is the deadline for paying the first installment on 2001-02 property taxes in Orange County.
Payments made by mail must be postmarked by 5 p.m. today, or property owners will be charged a 10% late fee.
Payment also can be made in person from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Tax Collector’s Public Information Office in the Hall of Finance and Records, 12 Civic Center Plaza, Room G-58, Santa Ana.
Credit card payments may be made in person or by telephone.
