Man Gets 12 Years for Molesting Boys
From Staff and Wire Reports
A former day-care aide has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for molesting boys.
Prosecutor Julia Freis asked that Keith Adam Brown, 36, receive the maximum 20 years for molesting the boys he met while working at a day-care center in Santa Rosa.
But Judge Elaine Watters chose the more moderate sentence, saying there were mitigating factors.
Brown pleaded no contest to molesting an 11-year-old boy and a 12-year-old.
He admitted lewd conduct with another 11-year-old; that charge was dismissed in a plea deal.
