Police Investigating Blast That Killed Six
From Times Wire Reports
Six people, including four children and an 80-year-old woman, died when a bomb blast tore through a house in western Nepal, police said.
A police official said authorities were investigating whether Maoist rebels fighting to topple the constitutional monarchy were responsible for the blast 280 miles west of the capital, Katmandu, that occurred about midnight Wednesday.
Last month, the rebels attacked police and military posts in the area, ending a four-month truce.
