From Times Wire Reports

Someone’s luck is about to run out.

Texas lottery officials said a winning lottery ticket sold in June and worth $7 million is set to expire tonight at midnight because no one has cashed it in.

The ticket was sold June 23 at a liquor store in Humble, north of Houston, with the numbers 10-12-16-25-29-41.

The only Texas lottery ticket to go unclaimed was a $12-million winner sold in Flower Mound in 1994. Unpaid lottery winnings go to fund health care for poor people at Texas teaching hospitals, a lottery spokeswoman said.
