Zanolli GM at Winchell’s Donut House
Bob Zanolli has been appointed general manager of Winchell’s Donut House in Santa Ana. He assumes the responsibilities of former president Tom Dowling. Zanolli had been vice president of strategic growth since 1999. Before joining Winchell’s, he was vice president of operations for Koo Koo Roo Enterprises.
* Jim Lucas, co-founder of SRS Labs Inc. in Santa Ana, has rejoined the company as director of sales for a new line of professional audio products. Lucas was vice president of sales at SRS Labs until 1998. In the early 1990s, he was national sales manager for the Audio Products division of the Hughes Aircraft Co. In 1993, Lucas arranged the purchase of the SRS technology from Hughes, which formed the basis for SRS Labs.
* Kevin E. Perry has been named vice president of marketing for Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. in Garden Grove. He previously spent six years with Seagate Technology Inc., most recently as executive director of marketing and business development for the removable storage solutions division.
* Ronald D. Krater is the new director of planning for JBZ Architecture + Planning in Newport Beach. He formerly was a senior associate with the Irvine office of EDAW.
* Brian M. Riley has been appointed chief executive of PriVest Bank in Costa Mesa. He succeeds founding chief executive J.B. Crowell, who remains chairman of the board. Riley joined PriVest in September as president.
* Michael F. Arrigo has been named president and chief executive of Erogo Inc. in Tustin. He had been president and chief executive of Heidrick & Struggles’ Web-based subsidiary, LeadersOnline. In addition, Stephen K. Giles has been appointed vice president of professional services. He was formerly a partner with Ernst & Young’s management consulting practice.
* Mark Ishimatsu has been appointed research director for Morpace International Inc. in Irvine. Before joining the company, he was a senior consultant in the national market research department for Kaiser Permanente. Ishimatsu was also a senior market analyst for MedPartners, the Long Beach Memorial Heart Institute and Community Psychiatric Centers of Laguna Hills.
* Adonias Lucero has been appointed director of quality assurance for Aviation Distributors Inc. in Lake Forest. He has been an associate of the company for three years as quality assurance inspector and, more recently, director of quality material contracts.
* Pamela Huitt has joined Real Estate Temps in Costa Mesa, a division of Strategic HR Services, as Southern California director of business development and training. She was previously vice president for Executive Property Marketing Inc.
* Mark W. Holmlund has been named executive vice president, institutional products division of Pacific Life Insurance Co. in Newport Beach. He succeeds Daryle Johnson, who recently retired. Henry M. McMillan was promoted to senior vice president in the institutional products division and Daragh O’Sullivan was appointed vice president, product design in the life insurance division.
* Barbara Pronin has joined Simple Technology Inc. in Santa Ana as director of public relations. She had been director of public relations for Bergen Brunswig Corp. in Orange.
* Rick Moore has been appointed vice president of Volt Services Group in Orange. Moore was previously regional vice president with responsibility for Volt Services Group’s Washington, Idaho and Sacramento regions.
