Awvee Storey scored 23 points to lead six players in double figures and Arizona State opened the second half with a 21-4 run to defeat Oregon, 99-72, Sunday at Eugene, Ore.

Arizona State (10-10, 2-7 in the Pac-10) shot a season-high 62% and completed an improbable road sweep with its most lopsided defeat of Oregon since a 40-point victory at Tempe in 1981.

The Sun Devils snapped out of an 0-7 start to the conference season with a 73-58 victory at Oregon State on Thursday night.

Freddie Jones scored 14 to lead Oregon (12-7, 3-6), which was coming off its best performance of the season in a 79-67 victory over No. 7 Arizona on Thursday night. The Ducks suffered their worst home loss since falling to Arizona, 92-60, in 1993.

The Sun Devils led, 48-38, at halftime, then pulled away early in the second half. Chad Prewitt, who had been slowed because of a sprained right ankle, made three consecutive baskets, including a three-pointer.

Alton Mason scored 17 points, and Prewitt and Tommy Smith each had 15 for the Sun Devils. Storey added 12 rebounds.

The Ducks, who had been one of the best three-point shooting teams in the Pac-10, made only four of 22.
