Newmark Opens South Bay Real Estate Office

Newmark of California Inc. commercial real estate brokerage has opened a new South Bay office in Long Beach and added six brokers formerly with NAI Matlow-Kennedy Commercial Real Estate Services in Long Beach, according to Gregory R. Gill, president of Newmark of California.

The new brokers are Jason W. Cox, J. Jay Feinberg, Jeffrey A. Kellogg, Jorge A. Stambuk, Jon R. Sweeney and William B. Townsend. Newmark of California is a subsidiary of New York-based Newmark & Co. Real Estate Inc.
