On Assignment Reports 30% Jump in Net Income

On Assignment Inc. of Calabasas reported net income for the fourth quarter that ended Dec. 31 of $5.2 million, up 30% from $4.2 million for the quarter last year. Revenue rose to $51.8 million from $43.2 million.

For the year that ended Dec. 31, the company reported net income of $19.3 million, up 33% from $14.5 million last year. Revenue rose 22% to $195.1 million.
