Frankie Lee Tyler of Santa Paula, a retired administrative assistant, died Monday at a convalescent care facility in Ventura. She was 73.
She was born March 16, 1927, in Kaufman, Texas, to James and Maizy Robinson. For the past 55 years, she had been a resident of Ventura County.
She worked for the Ventura County library system as an administrative assistant for 23 years.
She also loved to travel and drove her motor home all over the country with her husband, Eugene.
In addition to her husband of more than 54 years, she is survived by a son, Scott, of Bakersfield; brothers Tommy Robinson of DeSoto, Texas, and James Robinson of Garland, Texas; nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are scheduled at 2 p.m. today at Santa Paula Cemetery with the Rev. Bob Wallpol officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Pierce Bros. Stetler Mortuary in Santa Paula.
