VitalCom’s Net Loss for Quarter: $1.7 Million

VitalCom Inc., a Tustin developer and manufacturer of patient information networks and software, posted a fourth-quarter net loss of $1.7 million, or 21 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.7 million, or 22 cents a share, for the same period in 1999. Revenue rose 15% to $4.7 million. For the year, the company reported a net loss of $6.4 million, or 79 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $4.8 million, or 60 cents a share, for 1999. Revenue rose 6% to 17.2 million.
