Southern California record buyers are sticking with Sade longer than the rest of the nation, keeping her 2 million-selling “Lovers Rock” firmly in the Top 10 as it drifts to No. 13 overall. Another woman, Jennifer Lopez, bucked the national tide that made Shaggy No. 1, hanging on to the top spot in the Southland.
