The Irvine manufacturer of high-performance products for telecommunications networks said results for the fourth quarter and year reached record levels. Net income was $1.9 million, or 30 cents a share, contrasted with a loss of $561,000, or 10 cents a share, for the 1999 fourth quarter. Revenue increased 30% to $33.5 million. Net income for the year was $5.3 million, or 85 cents a share, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $1.2 million, or 20 cents a share. Revenue increased 32% to $132.2 million.
