Sheriff’s Dept. Seeks Public’s Help Apprehending 4 People

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking for four people on suspicion of violating probation or failing to show up in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Jose Antonio Medrano, 31, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of drunk driving that resulted in a fatality and a serious injury. He last lived in Los Angeles.

Medrano is Latino, 5 feet 7, 160 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Alisan Gay Hall, 50, allegedly failed to appear in court on a charge of possessing a controlled substance. She last lived in Avalon. She is white, 5 feet 5, 135 pounds and has blond hair and green eyes.

Christina Mata, 21, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for robbery. She last lived on Guiberson Street in Santa Paula. She is Latina, 5 feet 4, 142 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Armando Carlos, 34, allegedly violated his probation on a conviction for drunk driving. He last lived in the 200 block of California Street in Santa Paula.

Carlos, who also uses the last name Rivera, is Latino, 5 feet 10, 155 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He last worked at an Oxnard tile company.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK (8255) or 494-TALK (8255). There is a cash reward for any information that leads to an arrest.
