* The radio personality hosts a weekday afternoon show on KIIS-FM and performs at the Laugh Factory.

King of Quips: I do my comedy at the Laugh Factory on Fridays. Right after I’m done there, I’ll sit back and argue with several comedians about who had a funnier joke, and I’ll claim mine was funnier.

Up a Creek: On Saturdays, sometimes my wife [Leilani] and I will go to a place called Malibu Creek State Park, which is off of Las Virgenes. We used to go almost every other day when I lived in Woodland Hills, but now we just drive down on weekends [from Valencia] and do the mountain biking there. It’s neat because they used to film “MASH” out that way, so they still have one of the Jeeps down in the back area. And the whole cool thing is: Try and weave your way through trying to find it. Some people never find it. There are no signs for it.

Air Valentine: Then, if I can convince my wife, we head off to an air show because I am this air show freak. I flew with the Blue Angels one time in an F-18 Hornet, and I just became enamored of planes from that and from when I was a little kid. So we’ll go to Van Nuys or if they have something at Point Mugu, we’ll go there. Any time I can see planes, I love it.

Fab Food: If we’re going to dinner, we usually hit the Ivy, Dan Tana’s or the Lobster in Santa Monica. They have this iceberg wedge lettuce thing. And then, Benihana. Man, I love Benihana. And then Buca di Beppo in Encino. If you’re a first-time person there, you don’t realize the servings are, like, for 19 people and could be perfect for an Italian wedding or something. Fantastic food.

The Sound of No Music: During the week, I get so much of it. On the weekend, I want to see a plane take off. I want to play with my dog. We love animals too. Anything we can find with animals, we’re doing that stuff.
