The Cypress wireless technology developer said net income for the fourth quarter increased 26% to a record $4.8 million, or 33 cents a share, from $3.8 million, or 26 cents a share, for the fourth quarter of 1999. Sales were up 17% to $38.8 million. Net income for 2000 grew 51% to $11.6 million, or 78 cents a share, from $7.7 million, or 55 cents a share, for the prior year. Sales rose 19% to $124.7 million.
