* Torrance-based Haagen Co. bought a 106,415-square-foot shopping center at 401-407 Pacific Coast Highway in Redondo Beach for nearly $22.4 million from Redondo Shores. The buyer and seller were represented by Adam Christofferson of Marcus & Millichap.

* Telecommunications supplier Ericsson signed a seven-year lease for 68,000 square feet of office space at 5717 Pacific Center Blvd. in Sorrento Mesa, near San Diego, in Kilroy Realty Corp.’s Pacific Technology Center. The value of the lease was not disclosed, but it would be nearly $14.3 million at prevailing rates in the Sorrento Mesa market. Kilroy was represented by Brian Driscoll and Eric Northbrook of Colliers Seeley International. Tom Maloney of Cushman Realty Corp. represented Ericsson.

* Entertainment company Technicolor signed a 10-year, $11-million lease for 33,698 square feet in the third phase of the 20-acre Media Studios North campus at 2233 Ontario St. in Burbank. Robert D. Erickson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Brad Feld, also of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord, M. David Paul Development, developer of Media Studios North.

* Hellmann Worldwide Logistics signed a 10-year, $10-million lease for a headquarters in a 100,000-square-foot industrial building at 2270 E. 220th St. in Watson Corporate Center in Carson. Harvey Beesen and Luke Staubitz of Klabin Co. represented the tenant. The developer of the center, Watson Land Co., represented itself.

* The Kolawa Family Trust bought an 82,000-square-foot office building at 100 E. Huntington Drive in Monrovia for $9 million from Patrician Associates. The seller was represented by Rick Putnam, Jeff Cole, Carl Anderson and Scott Crawshaw of Trammell Crow. The buyer was represented by Brent Enright of Enright Industrial Realty.

* An affiliate of Woodland Hills-based Adler Realty Advisors purchased the 58,183-square-foot Warner Park Center office building at 21800 Burbank Blvd. in Woodland Hills from Equity Office Properties Trust for almost $9 million. Mark Perry and Nancy Stark of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. Don Thordeson and Jim Ebanks of Realty Advisory Group represented Adler, which is relocating its headquarters to the property.

* MG Development Associates bought the 96,352-square-foot Palmdale Promenade shopping center at 340 W. Avenue P in Palmdale for $7.7 million from K/B Retail Properties. Gregory Brown, Edward Hanley and Mark Lucescu represented the buyer and the seller.

* The Frey Living Trust acquired the 35,151-square-foot Tustin Freeway Center at 14051-14061 Newport Ave. in Tustin for $3.7 million from Shook & Brown Inc. The buyer was represented by Gary Marquis of ITC Real Estate Group. The seller was represented by Gene Shook of ITC.
