Electronic Clearing House to Buy National Check

Electronic Clearing House Inc. of Agoura Hills has signed a letter of intent to acquire National Check Network of Rockford, Ill. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

National Check Network is an organization of more than 60 collection agencies.

Electronic Clearing House Inc. provides electronic payment processing services that include credit and debit card processing, check guarantee, check verification, check conversion, and inventory tracking services.
