Duck Fans Aren’t Cheap With the Criticism Either

A week into NHL free agency, the Mighty Ducks have made their season ticket push by signing Keith Carney, Denny Lambert and Jason York. As long as the Three Stooges (Eisner, Tavares and Gauthier) are running this organization, they’re in trouble. During Gauthier’s reign, more than two-thirds of the roster has been turned over, thus far with little benefit.

Management will tell you they have the eighth-highest payroll in the league. Yet the fans know the team is cheap. Which other NHL team fired its radio color announcer to save money? The reason there is no leadership on the ice or in the locker room is because there is none in the front office.
