Girl, 1, Almost Drowns in Apartment Complex Pool

A year-old girl nearly drowned in an apartment complex swimming pool Sunday afternoon, authorities said.
The girl, who was not identified, was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Orange for treatment, said a Santa Ana Fire Department dispatcher.
The incident took place about 3:15 p.m. in the 700 block of South Lyon Street, the dispatcher said.
