In Brief

In its near-decade away from the music scene, the British outfit that brought the world the hit "Connected" hasn't lost the ability to craft catchy dance anthems. With the familiar meaty bass line comes a new attitude, though. A darker disc, with a heavy emphasis on trip-hop beats and rapping, "Deep Down & Dirty" gets just that. The band plays the Whisky on Saturday.
