Oh Star Is Perfect in Show Jumping Victory
Oh Star, a 10-year-old Oldenburg stallion ridden by Todd Minikus of Loxahatchee, Fla., performed flawlessly Sunday and won the Cargill Grand Prix show horse jumping competition at the Oaks Blenheim Rancho Mission Viejo Riding Park.
Oh Star, purchased in Germany by Minikus six years ago, had no faults on 26 jumps over two rounds to win the $175,000 event.
