No Trial for Pinochet
Re “Let Chile Move On,” editorial, July 16: So Gen. Augusto Pinochet is too demented to be held accountable for the human rights atrocities that took place in Chile. We still have his partner, the CIA. Unless the CIA is also too demented to stand trial.
