Visiting Thai Leaders Study Education System
A delegation of Thai leaders is in Orange County to study the U.S. education system.
The visit, coordinated by Cal State Fullerton, will include trips to UCLA, the Orange County Board of Education, Orange Coast College, and the George Key School in Placentia to observe special education programs.
Cal State Fullerton professor Richard Deming, liaison for the visit, said the trip by 11 Thai senators and five staff members stems from an education reform act in Thailand.
